Comments I believe that the plane buffle sysytem is best way for loudspeaker unit. I choice to use the COAXIAL unit or 6W unit, to enjoy listening music. The SIEMENS loudspeaker makes natural sound for me. After getting it, I do not accept the other brand loudspeaker's sound.

Defuser(Unit Grill) This is a maintenance parts for COAXIAL unit. When I got it, it was not coated with paint, so I painted it on balck color. The sub buffle size is (H)300 mm * (W) 300 mm * (T)24mm. The wooden material is the southern cherry. It has heavy and hard construction, so you have to get the well cutter machine. The southern cherry has a clear sound.

I used the steel matearials for the frame, so it makes bad vibration. Usually, you use the rubber to avoide it, but I do not prefer to use it. I tried to stop it by the reinforcing wooden frame. It makes good result, I believe.

Back of sub buffle I installed the sub buffle to the main frame with a screw. When I will repair it, I can remove it easily.

Wide angle buffle I installed the sub buffle with 3pcs of loudspeaker units to the main frame with a screw. I am now testing !!

Zoom up the back view of unit I usually use the parts by CINCH 140 brand for the loudspeaker terminals. I believe that you can install the amplifier line with the terminals. I try to set the cut off friequency range on 10KHz/6dB by using 1.0 uF capring condenser. I usually use the brand M.I.T PPFX type. The COAXICAL unit has the cut off friequency range on 5KHz/6dB, I think the setting value is not good for SIEMENS 6W.

Comments This radio makes excellent sound for me. I belive that's sound is better than western electric loudspeaker model 100F. This radio has three frequency band AM/FM/SW. But FM band frequency range is deffernt from Japanese broadcasting channel. I have to modify rerated part of this radio or to build frequency converter function. This radio has external line input chanel, so I can connect CD player. Of course, this sound is good too.
